There have been a couple life changing experiences, finding out I was adopted at 39 was a big one. 3 years ago (at age 45) I had a very narrow miss with a train while riding in a friends car, later that evening I was in a serious accident on the local stock car track. I figured it was time to re-think the safety of the things I do for fun.

Living and having different experiences in general has changed my life. No one age, but a combination of ages.

when i turned 21 my 23 yr old brother died of an accidental drug overdose and that taught me that no matter how upset u r with someone always let them know that u love them. two days before he died i got upset with him because of the group of guys he was hanging out with, he ignored me and i went to hug me and i pushed him away and i told him that those people were going to ruin his life. then two days later i found him in his bed, he had been dead for a whole day. and his friends were there when he died and they just left him there. he was my best friend and now i wish i would have changed some things about the last time i saw him,
