Also has legal music download pages (see 2nd link) where artists oput there stuff to listen/download.

nowhere legally. rhapsody offers a free thing where you get 25 free plays a month, and you can create a bunch of accounts if you are really that desperate. however, the sound quality isn't great and you can't save them on your computer.
