i want to send my van to a school for teachers to train on

Most junior (community) colleges welcome the option.
Keep in mind, there is an issue of time. You ain't gunna get it back real soon. Classes are only 1-1/2 hours long. so a project that takes 3 hours will likely take at least the full week, maybe more.
And understand, though the labor is going to be compensated, the parts most likely won't. That will be an up-front expense.

Cheep Fix but not a quality repair.. I went to a vocational school in Pgh area...when someone brought a car in for a small repair and there wasnt enough jobs there, the teacher made work for us to do.. SLEDGE HAMMER !!!!

YOU NEED TO CK IN YOU AREA FOR ANY TRADE SCHOOLS THAT TEACH AUTOMOTIVE THEN GIVE THEM A CALL OR CK WITH YOUR LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL AND ASK THEM
