We've been married for eight months but have been intimate for over a year. He literally cannot last longer than five minutes. I am seriously frustrated and don't have a clue what to do about this.

No skills whatsoever. That's why I put my question in the marriage AND Divorce category. I've been really, really, really....Patient. I don't know how much longer I can take this.

Wear a Ryan Seacrest mask and start things off by proclaming that 'Tonight we have a very special 2 hour episode'.

This a common problem for men, especially younger men. You will have no problem finding plenty of information on the web about it. There are some antidepressant medications that are used to delay ejaculation. On the behavioral side, it really pretty much boils down to practicing delay...you can find all the details and techniques for this on the web. One thing you might not find is to have him NOT stop when he ejaculates the first time, just keep going to maintain the erection.

But you must start by commucation. Talk to your husband, let him know you are frustrated and work together to improve you love making. Have fun working on the problem together, experiment, use toys, explore together.

Get him to go to a dr and get his hormone levels checked. My huband was on a prescription when he was very young that had effected him to this day and he didn't realize it. You would be amazed what effects all the female hormones in food (chicken and beef especially) and milk have been having on young men.

Lots and lots of foreplay. Nothing can really make it last longer other than doing it twice. Good luck

This seems to be a common problem in a lot of relationships. Seek medical advice - only a certified doctor can diagnose and treat pre-mature ejaculation.

Maybe you should have him please you first, then have intercourse, when he feels he is going to unleash pull out and just calm down. wait a few minutes before going at it again. if that doesn't work I hear squeezing the "balls" will make him last longer. Like when he is going to come give them a squeeze.

Well let him finish...then he still has a tongue and fingers. Let him spend the next while pleasuring you...one he has got you going he will be ready to go again.
