do skinny jeans loko good on short people? I'm 5' foot tall. So, my legs are not long. Would they still look good?

Yes they do look good on petite people. Example Eva Longoria, Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen. Wear platform heels with them if you feel you need more height.

OK, skinny jeans look awesome on short people, because they elongate your legs. tall people also look good in them, but they were kinda made for short people, so that they can have longer looking and skinnier looking legs. so, the answer is yes absolutely! go out and buy some skinny jeans girl, you'll be surprised. Old Navy had some awesome ones right now, and they're cheap too. about 30 bucks! Hope this helped.

There's one reason why I rarely heed fashion fads--because they try to force one style of jeans on every body type.

I can't say if skinny jeans will work for your body type or not. But if you want to be creative, maybe get a full-length photo of yourself and experiment what different jean styles might look like on you? Probably more of an involved process than what most people would look for, but I think it's better than thinking that one has to wear super-low cut jeans or skinny jeans or boot-cut jeans simply because they're in style. I saw way too many butt-cracks when the super-low cut jeans came out. *shudders* Gross!

heheh, point is, fads come and go. If you find a comfy pair of skinny jeans that you like, go for it. If not, don't sweat it. No need to be a sheep of the fashion movements. ^_^

I'm five two and I love love love skinny jeans. You just have to go to a store and try on tons of different kinds to find the most flattering fit. Also, wearing a long top or a tunic will make them look better. And don't forget to pair your jeans with some chunky heels. Some brands I might try are Express (the brand of mine) and Levi's (since they come in different lengths). Good luck!

I'm short too and I don't think skinny jeans look good on most people (including me). I've seen movie stars online that look better in boot-cut jeans than they do in skinny jeans. People.com is a good website to look at fashions.

Regardless, you should wear what you want to wear. A lot of fashions are weird in retrospect. Think of acid-washed jeans and bell-bottoms!
