Definitely a scam.

Nobody in the UK would ever use both 'United Kingdom' and 'Great Britain' in their address - in fact they would only use United Kingdom.

All banks can spell Windsor properly.

The answer is very simple though, if you didn't buy a ticket you haven't won anything.
