Skanky. And most reputable tattoo artists wouldn't put ink on a 14-year-old, anyhow.

Just keep in mind that, at fourteen, you still have a lot of personal changes to go through. In five years from now, so many factors will be different; you'll have different views, interests, and, most likely, feelings about where and what kind of tatoo(s) you have on your body. You will probably continue to change throughout your college years. And since tattoo's are relatively permanent, you may want to reconsider wanting one at this point in your life. There are plenty of ways to define yourself at this age without going the tattoo route; plenty of ways that don't require a lot of money, pain and permanent body change. If youre still not convinced, grab a sharpie and give yourself a temporary one . Wear it for a few days, considering the situations you may find yourself in where you may wish you didn't have one; a future job interview, sitting across from your grandparents at a holiday dinner, etc. And remember, classy is sexy. If you even have to ask if its skanky, then you need to come to terms with the fact that plenty of people you will encounter in life might wonder the same thing.

Not skanky, but not attractive. At 14 a tattoo is a little overboard. You'll have to live with it forever. Not sexy, but not skanky. I'd wait until I'm 16 to see if I really want one then. That's what I'm doing with a belly button piercing. My parents said that if I wait until I turn 16 and still want one they'll let me have it done.

babe, you can't even spell tattoo...and do you really think that what you think issexy at 14 will be sexy at 20?? or 40?? get a tattoo because it says something unique about you. it will be sexy if you are confident about your decision and it reflects YOUR personality. it will be skanky (no matter how old you are) if you are getting it to try and be sexy for guys....
get a skanky piercing if you want to look like a 14year old sex symbol; at least you can take that out when you realize how immature you are.

I am 24,and a girl, and have three tattoos. I like to have them, I would not say sexy or skanky. I think they are fun. I would not suggest getting them until after you are 18. In Utah you can't get them. Even with adult permission. But I think 14 is to young to decide to put ink on. I put all of mine in places I can cover except one. and it can get in the way. My wedding dress had to be long sleeve. For people who have tattoos I would call them: Daring, risky, tough, but not necessarily sexy or skanky. Ya know men have tats to.

You are an idiot.
If you are basing a life decision on what some guy thinks...and some guy you have never met, whose opinions don't matter, then you are an idiot. Think about it McFly.
The answer is skanky. Only a trashy girl would get a tattoo....which you can't even spell.....at the age of 14. Tattoos are for people who are adults and are responsible.

Your 14....still a child....you don't need a tattoo....and I think anyone who looked at a 14 year old with a tattoo would think differently of you. They would probably think it was skanky just bc you are 14

i think girls with tattooes look cheap, no offence to y'all who have tattoes but that is my first thought
but tattoes, make up and hair - that is all very superficial stuff....if you gotta do it - go for it and be proud
but consider other things like what is inside you
the Movie "Once Were Warriors" has a great line about tattoes and it is about Maori people , some of whom where allot of ink.
Check out the film and hear what the younger brother says to his older brother about getting ink on his body! Massively cool.
