if you have not paid the bill and still have the item you rented they can charge you with theft and the police is involved....if you can not pay the bill, return the item, they Will pick it up and then you owe back payments, they can not arrest you for the money owed , by taking you to small claims and not arrest can be made....return their items......

yes, if they file a small claims suit and you do not show up for court the judge will issue a warrant, you will be arrested and the "bail" will be set at a cash amount equal to the amount you owe them.

Nope. Best they can do is take you to small claims court and make you forfeit what you've been paying on. No refund either, because the money is considered "rent".

No-- If anything its a civil matter and breach of contract.

If you stole something, or committed fraud, they could report you and the police/courts would issue a warrant.

No but they can file a claim with a credit bureau who will attempt to collect the debt, this will be on your credit report which is bad.

If you dont return the items or pay for them they can file a police report of stolen goods. Hope this helps.

No they can't. However, they can garnish your wages (which really sucks coming from personal experience), send you to collections, and ruin your credit. Not to mention reposess what you are renting from them.
