it has a better battery i guess and it is made up of less scratchable matterial.its screen is brighter and i there are different colors to pick from and there are more choices in GB.

lol, marketing, yeah...
actually, much longer battery life, even slimmer design, scratch resistent, brighter display, much cheaper
but still, not very durable, the screen is still small....
Search for ZenV (plus), which is generally better....
