Well, what is important? Do you need the money? Want the discount? Is Sears a place you (or someone) wants to work at? People have different ideas and different situations; there is no universal answer for a question like this.

There is no good reason to want to work at Sears. They are way overpriced on everything they sell, especially electronics.
