if you're acne-prone, stay away from dairy (all those tales about chocolate is totally false, but dairy actually has some scientific support)

The best things you can do for your skin are to drink lots of fluids (water), which keeps you fully hydrated, and get plenty of sleep. Milk is also good for skin tone.

Even more important.... don't go out in the sun (at any time of year) without sunscreen. The sun will age you faster than anything else.

Try this home made skin rejuvenate which will beautifies your skin.1/2 cup pineapple chunks,1 orange peeled and seeded and 1/2 cup unsweetened blueberries.Combine ingredients IN blender,until it's smooth and drink as you eat. Woman's skin is a mirror of male.Keep it radiant always.

Foods that have Omega 3 or 6 in them are great for an even clear skin tone. You can find then in foods like fish or even some nuts. If you're like me and don't care for fish, you can always buy supplements.

Water is essential. Also, eating a balanced diet is all you need. If you want something extra, vitamin E, C, A, K and B.

Eat properly and take a multi vitamin and you'll be set.

orange fruits, vegies like carrots, peaches, pumpkin, n swt potatoes, kiwi, red pepper, blueberries, melon, other fruits, lean red meat, dark green leafy vegies, shellfish, cheese, nuts, seeds, fish, water, and 100%concentrated fruit juices (these are all vitamin A, E n C, iron, water, n zinc) . cut out on fast foods and salted foods.

everything you eat affects your skin- but live foods- like veggies-uncooked and yogurt are very good for skin- stay away from refined sugars- and if possible- limit your sugar intake- lots of water - not soda- it's more than skin- it's your body wrapper- keep it healthy- no msg or other junk -like fast food-bad for ya-

anything thats a vegable, the brighter the color the better, same for fruits such as blueberries, rasberries, green beans, peas and such. you should also be taking a multi-vitamin and remember to drink lots of water
