I think you mean it will not start while in gear with clutch depressed.Check your safety switches on the pedals, also sometimes you have to work the clutch awhile to get all the air that's trapped out of the system a power bleeder works great but just pump it a few times then with someone holding the pedal down open the bleeder!!! Hope this what you might be looking For!!

if you had your flywheel turned(as you should have with a new clutch job) ..the slave may not be able to reach the full length. there is an adjustment under the dash where the rod connects to the clutch pedal and goes to the master cylinder. If it feels good(as in no air in the line) then this is what you should look for.

from the sounds of it the slave cylinder is not on the throw out bearin arm or the arm popped off the throwout bearing after you parked it or you have air in the slave cylinder-even if strait fluid was comin out of it try it again-it took me 15 mins to bleed one for an s-10-they got alot of air in them especially if its new-this one was flowing strait fluid but it was takin off in gear with the clutch in-after bout 10 more mins of bleeding it it worked like a champ-also if its a plastic slave cylinder do not over tighten the allen head bleeder- if you put any torque on these at all it will crack right down the seam and leak like a whore its a pain-but try theses and hopefully i helped ya out

As has been suggested, the carry close is nearest or linked to the pedal and operates the slave,it quite is nearest to the gearbox, get a pal to operate the carry close pedal even as you watch one cylinder at a time, easily one of them needs both replacing or in simple terms re kitting, you'll truly tell which, the defective one will be because it is going to almost easily be oily and dirty, and could no longer vacation to it`s complete volume. wish that is sensible, good luck.

there's a adjustment rod on the clutch arm, and it's screwed to far in and is not letting the pressure plate disengage all the way
or the clutch arm has slipped off the retainer
