So, my cell phone fell in the sink while I was washing my hands. I tried blow drying it but a few of the buttons dont work now. They are not major functions but still. Is there anything else I can do? I do not have insurance on the phone.

Give the phone 2 or 3 days. DO NOT plug it into the wall to charge. Often time is you just give it a few days it will start to work again. Do not try to break something and send it into the company as an exchange, there is a little circle usualy under the battery that changes color is water touches it (usualy starts white, and turns red if touched by water)

nope,it probably will never work again!sorry, had my fall into the ocean and it was dead!anyway insurance is $5 a month and you pay the first $50 on new phone,so,I think the insurance was a rip off anyway and it took 8 days to get a new phone with the insurance!

Water pretty much makes your cell phone toast. They generally don't work right after they get wet at all.

Chalk it up to a lesson learned. Try taking the battery off for awhile and then turn it back on. No promises
