Well, you obviously have an email address, so you set hers up the same way - but to help you more, most ISP's will allow you to have multiple email accounts like up to 6.
But do something easy - go to mail.yahoo.com and follow the link for new user - input her name for her, and pick for her a password - that way, with the password, you can monitor some of what she is doing, unless of course she deletes things.

If you are worried about her having open internet access, you can sign her up for an email account that installs on your computer. Juno is a good one (link below).
You install the software on your computer, and she actually downloads her emails into the application. She never has to go on the internet. Her emails will also be stored on the computer, so if you internet goes down, she can still look at the emails she has already downloaded.

hi there it depends on the internet provider ie aol, btyahoo etc but its basicly the same all you have to do is go into account service or like and add a secondary account, which can have different password etc and can be controlled by administrator ie you if need be.

Go to this page and fill out the form:
https://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_register?.intl=us&new=1&.done=http%3A//mail.yahoo.com&.src=ym&.v=0&.u=bhak7ul2i38fq&partner=&.partner=&pkg=&stepid=&.p=&promo=&.last=
Then go to www.yahoo.com and click on the icon that says mail. Type in your username and password that you created in the form above.
Then you should have access to your very own email account.

go to www.yahoo.com, click mail, and click new account. Enter her details, jotting down the address and password (she can change that later) and the account is her. Simple
