It depends on if you are selling it for retail sale or if you sell to another wholesaler. If you do not collect taxes on those items then you could technically be another wholesaler, or possibly a "distributor." Generally the chain of a product goes from manufacturer to distributor to wholesaler to retailer.

If your customers pay sales tax, then you are a retailer. If they don't, you can consider yourself to be a wholesaler.

First... get a resellers license... Second.... Contact a situation that makes anything you desire to promote and inform them you desire to promote their units... Third... and possibly this must truthfully be first... uncover a venue wherein to promote the units... i.e. web internet-web page? Storefront?
