Nutrilite® Bilberry with Lutein is rich in vision-supporting nutrients and phytonutrients. And because lutein and zeaxanthin are found naturally in the eye, the formula includes these two antioxidants as well. Antioxidants are free-radical fighters that can defend your body's cells against the damage caused by smoke and pollution, among other daily stresses.

Bilberry with Lutein also includes DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that supports healthy eye tissue, vitamin C from acerola cherries, and citrus bioflavonoids for additional antioxidant protection.

You can hurt your eyes if you don't blink enough during playtime. Blinking lessens the stress on the eyes. Long play times on very fast computer games normally stress your eyes because you can't afford to blink (otherwise you get wasted by some demon or counter-agent!). Try to pause the game after 20 minutes. That should help.

that's maximum likely your eyes. I had an identical concern. the first challenge to do is to take a destroy from on demonstrate screen action for possibly per week, then attempt again. If it pursues, you could type of slender it down for your eyes being weak. My physician suggested I attempt this practice each day said as "pen push-ups". you're taking a pen, pencil, finger, and so on. (some sufficiently small so that you'll be able to concentration on it.) carry it about one foot far out of your face and stare on the top of the object. even as doing so, slowly pull it closer in direction of your eyes. once your resourceful and prescient doubles what you spot of the object, flow it extra away till you could concentration it as one merchandise seen. carry for 10 seconds, then proceed shifting it closer. those practices regularly bring about topics so i assistance doing it extra earlier you bypass to sleep. also think about that you've a cold, fever, or such and performance a lot rigidity round your eyes. pressure may also grant such. a useful very last hotel is you want a prescription for perfect glasses.

two hours at a time should be fine as long as your eyes arent fixated at the screen for the duration otherwise u may get repetitive strain injury, tv and video games etc do your eyes no more damage than staring repetitively at a wall would do, it is jus something parents say to get kids of the comp or away from the tv ;)
