4^2/2^9 4 squared divided by 2 to the ninth
2^-5 (2 to the minus 5, or 1 over 2 to the fifth or 1/32)

4 to the 2nd is 16
2 to the 9th is 512
16/512 = 8/256 = 4/128 = 2/64 = 1/32
1/32 is the answer

1/32 it's really not that hard, you should solve questions yourself instead of having other people solve them for you, you can ask for help, but be sure to learn this stuff, if you don't learn the basics you'll never understand the more complex math. if you cheat, you'll only be cheating yourself.
