Some times it's not just looks that will impress or get a guys attention...basically u have to be pretty on the inside too..and if he dosent notice or like you for you, then i guess u have to move on...or..if u really want him to notice you then maybe you should just approach him.

you are very pretty but the reason your crush may not see it is you don't feel like you are pretty and you are if you have confidence than your crush will see that you do you don't have to be conceited just know that you are pretty and smart and alot other good things and have self confidence
