More than 90% of the questions posted on this forum could be answered by using Google.com Questions about everything from computer problems to pet care, etc. could be answered there. So why don't more people use it?

Some questions are like that, but if you're asking a relationship question or such, or an opinion rather than fact based question, or looking for moral support, this is the place to go. It's a giant, random, message board, what's not to like? But a lot of time, it's a little bit of laziness, and you want a real person's advice who has heard YOUR story. Some things are kind of tricky to google.

Sometimes people just need an explanation that is more personnal and not just a quick description. I find most of any questions i got on the Internet, yet if i have someone there that actually knows what their talking about, it helps to get the interaction and understanding, long as thier not talking out thier neck...lol.

Because you pay people for just one answer; this is much quicker and you get a broader scope of things. It's also kind of fun to rate people and work with the point system.

a lot of people use google..some would rather get a straight forward answer here, even though i've noticed that a lot of people answering questions have NO clue about what they're talking about
