i need to no how to make a ring back tone they r kool. I NEED HELP. plzz

well if its for verizon go to verizonwireless.com/music and make a account and then go to ringback and pick the song you like and press buy then it will down load to your phone and the charge will be placed on you bill everymonth

The above answers are correct that you get them from your cellular providers website, but Cingular does offer them as well. They call them answer tones, samething as a ringback tone it costs $1 a month to subscribe to the service with Cingular.

You need to have T-mobile or Verizon Wireless as your cell phone provider to use ringback tones, or "Caller Tunes"

I have T-mobile's caller tunes, and it is a very good service.
Once you have T-mobile or Verizon, you have to either call Customer Care from your phone, or go online and add it to your account. Then you can buy caller tunes and decide who you want them to play for ect...
