how sometimes, patrick star's (of spongebob) rock sometimes is big enough to walk around in and has a kitchen and a tv, yet other times, him and spongebob are fighting for covers with the rock?

No. It's all part of Bikini Bottom's zoning laws. Patrick has just found a way to alter time and space and shrinks his rock whenever a surveyor comes around. Not bad for a starfish, huh????

I hope your a kid that's asking this question. I'm an adult. I know the cartoon because I have a 6 year old. If you do pay attention to the cartoon, you'll realize that Patrick's house never stays the same.
