You're loading a pile of crap in the background that you don't need.

Check the STARTUP folder in your profile and remove anything you don't need.

Your English is rather difficult to comprehend, so, I'm guessing it isn't your mother tongue.

If I've understood you correctly, you're saying it takes 10 minutes for your computer to load? That's one helluva long time!? Are you sure you don't mean 10 seconds?

Now, you say you've got a Pentium 4 with 128 MB RAM.

Are you, by any chance, running Windows XP?Because, if you are, then that's the reason why this is happening. Because XP needs a minimum of 512 MB RAM to operate optimally! 1 GB is reccommended for running applications along with it.

You'd do well to learn of the minimum requirements before you load an OS and Applications. I suppose that you're running Windows XP Office too, and some other programs; all of which need to use the RAM and you've got just 128 MB available there!

You'd do very well to upgrade yuour RAM, for starters.

Hope this helps you resolve the issue.

All the best.

Cheers

I am reading this off of my Windows XP Home Edition Box....
"MINIMUM REQUIRED
233 MHZ processor (Pentium,Celeron, AMD K6,Athlon, or Duron)
64 MB ram minimum supported, 128 or higher recommended"
***Those are Microsofts words not mine !
(Keep in mind that is just to run Windows XP and nothing else)

XP should run great with a Pent4 and 128MB ram. But, (theres always a but) you start loading other stuff and it slows down quick, I would recommend at least 256MB. All of my systems have 512MB and I wish they had more, but I have alot of crap on them, and even do some video editing and burning.

If I were u, I would start with the advice of the other guys who say to load MSCONFIG from the command line, then click ths STARTUP tab. I bet removing un-needed start-ups will take u from 10 mins to 1 min. And THEN worry about more ram, if its still slow. Most time if u just browse the web or check e-mail, spending 100$ or more on ram is pointless. If u are gaming or multitasking then the more ram the better. Save your money try the free stuff first !!

Below is a link to a site that walks u thru the process. Print it out and do it. I guarantee it will speed you up.

the difficulty which you're forgetting is that generally they have a valid ingredient. for the time of colonial situations and by Apartheid the black inhabitants became into downtrodden and denied the common education and progression opportunities that the whites have been given. As an instantaneous results of that as quickly as the indigenous human beings took back administration they have been poorly knowledgeable and consequently lacked the needed skills with which to run a rustic and larger advance themselves. So in a feeling they have a valid ingredient. yet on the different hand, there is the argument that they'd desire to study from the western societies and communicate laying the guidelines from which the country can advance and for this reason advance. the genuine situation is whilst will the present leaders in Africa see extra healthful to place the welfare of the persons they govern forward of their very own selfish desires and needs. whilst they comprehend that power as an entire of a rustic is extra considerable than some rather wealthy persons collectively as something of the inhabitants is floundering then we would desire to continually start to work out some progression.
