Any experience with Cell Boosters, Signal Amplifiers, or Repeaters?

I live in a city, and I have cell coverage everywhere EXCEPT my office.....and I miss business calls all the time. All attempts to have Verizon and/or T-Mobile fix the problem have failed, and it looks like I'm going to have to take things into my own hands. There are "boosters" from 50 cents, and up over a thousand dollars....I'd like one that doesn't keep me tethered to an antenna, and doesn't cost several hundred dollars. Any advice would be appreciated!

Try a different phone. Each phone is a little different. Another phone with an external antenna may work better for you.
