toothpaste is not Gd for spots it makes them swell and get bigger. soap left on overnight will dry it out and kill the bugs in the spot

Not cure them as such, (so it not any use covering your face in toothpaste LOL)... it will how ever reduce the redness and 'dry them up a little' the best thing for spots is tea tree oil and drinking 1-2litres of water a day on top of you tea and avoiding coffee and bad foods... hope this helps!

You need a good skincare routine. Spot is dirt in open pores, throughout different temperture changes your pores open and close. So if there is any dirt on your skin the pores will trap it inside causing spots. DRY SKIN you need a cleanser, toner and moisturiser. OILY to DRY you need a wash, toner and moisturiser (ALL THE SAME BRAND EVERY TIME) You must exfoliate once a week and get a good night cream for your beauty sleep.email me if you want to know more.

It dries them out, if you want to reduce swelling, try an over counter cream like freederm gel, it stops swelling quite fast and calms the spot down! Makes me feel more confident about going out when I have a spot outburst, lol

No way !Rembrandt claims it but what about if you are diagnosed with a cancer.all toothpaste contains a mild detergent, which does harm either way.You can clean your jewelery if you left over night.
