It starts out like this
what would you do if someone held a gun near your face and asked you if you believe in jesus? what would you do? would you say no and be ashamed for the rest of your life? or would you say yes i do and die for your faith in jesus. and then it talkes about the girl and at the end of it it says
do you beleive the little girl is telling the truth even though she didn't know jesus?

Look it's like this; the words "didn't know Jesus" means she has not learned everything about Jesus. Therefore she doesn't "know" Him.
I would say yes because I have faith.

it depends on what her parents have said to her about God, she might well actually believe that she knows Jesus if her parents brought her up to believe in God. my friends son is 3yrs old and he knows who Jesus is.
