I think the person singing it means in the context as in "right now." as in "right now, she is walking out the door." I don't think it refers to a body part...

Who can tell what women mean by "now" ... they are a total mystery! When they tell you they want something doing "now", they generally mean right this minute but if you say you want a shirt ironed "now", you have to wait until they have finished their makeup or whatever (it usually gets done by the time you need it though). So you wonder who is kissing her, then? ... or maybe 'now and then' ... or ... well, could we do without them? It would be nice, sometimes, to be in the [k]now!

i imagine it truly is using the very reality "instantly" females aren't any more extremely instantly. So, sexual charm wouldn't have a serious function in mating. as a count of reality, they'd be relationship different females if sexual charm had an same "weight" it has for gay females besides as gay and instantly adult adult males given the very reality "instantly"· females own a gay perceptive bias concerning sexual acceptance and evaluate, hence, the female body better aesthetically pleasant/sexier/a lot less complicated on the interest/better exciting/etc. IMO, "instantly" females characterize the worst of the worst at the same time as it includes romance (selfish, gay leaning yet irrationally self defined as "heterosexual", hypocritical, emotionally distant, sexually detached) and we prefer to understand instantly adult adult males were given the shortest end of the stick concerning sexual orientation.

Now is not a body part. As in, the guy isn't kissing her 'now' but wonders who is 'now'.

now is a time frame, not a body part. He's not kissing her but he wonders who is.
