You could try to get someone to scan there server to try and retrieve if there even retrievable. In a more realistic point of view, sorry, probably not.

check your thrash folder first....if u cant retrive from there...write a mail to your E-mail service provider admin and ask them to help you...they will positively reply back......they store the deleted mails by users for some time......
