No, of course not. But you're correct; they're green with jealousy and will do anything, spread any lie, sacrifice any person's rights, to get their perceived power back.

Frankly, I am really really tired of the whole Bush-is-evil-and-he-wants-to-rule-the-world thing that quite a lot of liberals or just general Americans have. I don't particularly have a problem with Bush. Everyone blames all the problems in this country and the world on him. He's just one guy! Yeah, he's the president, but contrary to popular belief, the president position is not all powerful. The president doesn't actually get to change a whole lot while he's in office. Most of the actual policy and rule making in this country is through Congress, the Senate, and the Supreme Court. The president just signs the paperwork when it gets up there. For example, everyone blames Bush for the war in Iraq, but I guess they're forgetting that Congress declares war.
Now, I'm not saying that Bush has been a brilliant president. He certainly hasn't. He hasn't really done anything astonishingly good, or bad. I almost don't think he's even smart enough to be as 'evil" as some people like to label him. There was a question put up here likening Bush to Hitler. That was a little extreme. Hitler was truly evil and he was awfully close to ruling Europe entirely. He was incredibly smart and charismatic and his people loved him. On the other hand, Bush pretty much just comes off as kind of a doofus. Hitler was evil and had 11 million people killed. Bush is just misled, at the most.
I could go on....but actually I'm just really tired of this whole argument. People are going to complain about whoever's in office. People hate Bush, while other's love him People hated Clinton, while others loved him. People hated Bush Sr, while other's loved him. Probably the last truly popular President was...Reagan, I guess.
To suggest, as some have, that Bush is the WORST president ever, is sheer idiocy. They clearly haven't done their history. I mean, if someone wants to say he is the worst president in the past fifty years or something, fine. But if you look back in history, when President's actually did something, you'll see that there have been far worse men in office.
So anyway.....all of this bickering is pointless. I mean, continue it by all means. Early Americans fought and dies so that we'd have the right to free speech, so do take full advantage of it. Just don't forget that as horrible some people think America is, we have it a whole hell of a lot better than most other countries.

I think you're right - they're jealous of the way he talks and shoots straight. No B.S. You always know where he stands. He's for America first. He's going to do what he thinks is right for America, and not worry about what some foreigner is going to say. (They're really jealous too!!) I don't agree with everything he has done - or not done. He should have vetoed the McCain-Feingold bill, and should do more to secure our Mexican border. But I would never believe that he wasn't honest and sincere. Liberals don't like this style. I don't believe they are "evil", but rather brainwashed and misguided. Arguing with them is like talking to a fence post. They're quick to tell you you're wrong, but disinclined to rationally discuss the issue. They're more concerned with winning an argument than being right (or learning anything). Henry Ford said that "... the hardest thing to do is to think. That's why so many people avoid it". I think he was talking about liberals. Have a good day, and keep the faith!!

I think the republicans could have chosen a better candidate. Not that Kerry was a a good leader either. I personally think part of it is his president - citizen relationship. The public would assume they get a little bit more enough and planning other than " we are going to do this and this, you have to believe." Or a president who does not choose his words carefully like saying our 9/11 retaliation will be like a religious war.
I wouldnt say that liberals are jealous but like most americans, just want America to go the right way...the problem is just whose way we follow it. Umm...thats it.

If you need to ask, then you will never get a satisfactory answer. You will have to judge for yourself. Hey why don't you go to a VA hospital and talk to the people there? Oh that's right. Republicans don't want to believe that anyone gets hurt in war. That must be why the white house threatened the press that if they showed the thousands of soldiers coming home in body bags, they would be banned from any press briefings.
Or perhaps you like a government that controls what you can see and hear on the news.

Bush isn't evil, he is just a guy that used his power for his own personal purposes. He became President to invade Iraq because his dad didn't finish the job when he was there.
He used the attack on the US on 9/11/01 as an excuse to execute that invasion.
After he got us in that war he didn't have a plan to get us out of it, so now we are stuck until the American people vote the Republican warmongers out of office.

If a liberal was "jealous" of Bush, they would not be a liberal. They would be an idiot.
Bush has set the U.S. back at least ten years. He has put our country into trillions of dollars of debt and has managed to reverse a good ten laws that enabled us to have rights. We are not only in debt, but stripped of our rights! Please go read some of the wonderful things your president has done for you at www.punkvoter.com. He is not my president and once you read what's on that side you will agree that he is NOT your's.

OK. Your first question isn't a question. It would take me pages and pages to outline all the treasonous acts Bush and his cronies have pulled since his stolen election in 2000. Not all liberals are evil, nor are all conservatives, Muslims or blacks as much as your simple brain might like to believe it is so. Myself, I blame most of the world's problems on the greedy, filthy rich whatever their party, ideology or religion. Somewhere Osama Bin Laden, Jerry Falwell, Carl Rove and the CEO of Exxon Mobil are all having a drink and a laugh together at our expense.

Look, its not just Bush and the Republicans, the whole system has grown rotten to the core. Large corperate entities are now legally allowed to bribe Congressmen and they call it lobbying, newscasters/polticians are allowed to lie and call they call it spin, and our tax code is completely unconstitutional and they call it fair. Don't get roped into picking between two heaping piles of dung, both parties are rotten to the core.

Stereotyping those liberals, huh? Remember that ALL stereotyping is in bad taste.
I think Dubya would be a hoot at a bar, party, or barbeque - but I don't think he ever should have entered the political arena.
