Burning to death or getting your body caught in a conveyor belt at a factory. Possibly someone torturing the person to death by plucking out their eyes, pulling out their teeth with pliers, breaking their fingers with a hammer. Cutting off their tongue, and using a chain saw for their limbs. Dang the list goes on.........................

I would say either burning or having some terminal but very painful disease that lasts a long time
