Yes, you can still get your period when you are pregnant. Missing your period is just one of the many symptoms. Go get a pregnancy test to find out for sure. The earlier you find out, the more options you have. Plus early prenatal care is always the best for you and your baby. Good luck!

my sister had a period every month right on time when she was pregnant. the only reason she found out she was pregnant was when she went into the doctor for her yearly check up and he told her she was 4/5 months pregnant then. it is rare but i can happen. wait another month and take a hpt or if you want to go to your doc and get a blood test. they are 100% right.
hope this helps

symptoms of early pregnancy and premenstual symptoms are VERY similar, even your period can cause nasuea, so why arnt you just going and getting a test? make sure you at least 2 weeks past your period date, even those five day sooner tests, prove a negative result most of the time.

Take the test. Thats the only way to know. Indeed those are the symptoms but you still need confirmations tho coz its on a case to case basis.

Yes you could be but by the sound of it you just had really bad PMS, the best advise I can give you is go to the doctor and they can tell you exactly what is happening.
Good luck.

It is possible. I would go to your doctor to be sure and maybe he/she can answer some of your questions. I do know that if there is significant tissue while you're bleeding that is to be concerned about, otherwise you could just be one of life's mysteries.
