Could you elaborate on the law? I tried to google it and came up with nothing. I know that women in certain stages should not fly. Airlines have their own restrictions i.e. women past 38 weeks can't fly longer than 4 hours etc. But I have not heard there is an actual law.

I'm not clear that New York did pass such a law.

I would assume you can't BECOME pregnant on a plane.

A pregnant woman on a plane sounds unconstitutional and absurd. I won't buy your book.

they didnt.. but a doctor may say when u are at least 6 monthys u really shouldent be flying, but there is no law..
