The owl says "let's find out" and rips the tootsie pop from the kid's hand (i'm surprised the kid didn't pop the owl right then and there)
a-one...a-two...a-three . Three. (owl hands it back to the kid)

I hear that owl's got a new jaw and dentures now. He did the same thing to a gang-banger kid once. (ripped the tootsie pop from his hands, etc.) I don't have to say what happened next.
