Yes, I do care. I really have a hard time with chicken leg guys. Men tend to focus so much on their chest and arms, they totally abandon their legs... not sexy!
Sexy male thighs are muscular and solid. Not thick and rounded like a woman's, and not thin and bony like a chicken's =)
Most men have small legs regardless of if they have made them even more disproportioned by working out only their upper half. So it's understandable if your thighs can't get big like your arms, but please at least spend equal time on them in the gym so they have some definition and don't look like chop sticks holding up turkey breast and pop-eye arms. I beg you, don't do that!

i have never looked at a guys thighs....i really could care less about what thier legs look like... muscles usually make guys sexy so if you want to apply that to thighs be my guest

I don't think I should see guy's thighs. The shortest pants or swimsuit he should ever wear should be to the knee at least.

No I couldn't care less as long as they are not fat and covered in cellulite or something.
I like my bf's - they are strong and muscular, even though his legs are quite skinny. But it's probably just because I love him, so I love his thighs too.

Personally, i don't really look at guys thighs. I like it when they wear baggy pants, but not too baggy or low. (no boxers please) But if I did look at thighs, I'd like medium sized. : )
