If the glass is cracked or broken - yes you can have the
glass top replaced. If the stove is older and you have no
dealer near you - call, or use the manufacturers web site,
and find out where you can have this done. Maytag
comes to mind. I am sure they can help. If the burners
are gone too it would be cheaper to buy a new one.
My Maytag glass top stove had three burner out - to
replace those would have cost almost the same as a new one,
so I bought a new one. (The warranty for burners is 5 years.)

Yes, but the cost is high enough on some models that it may be worth getting a new stove. If you purchased the stove @ Lowes or Depot call their service lines otherwise call the manufacturer's site and ask one of their recommended service techs about the replacement cost of the ceramic cooktop on your stove. The model number and serial number should be located in either the back of the stove (assuming its a cooktop + oven unit) or inside the oven door or under the cooktop (if it is a cooktop only).

I doubt that once the ceramic top is busted there is much you can do about it but then again I could be wrong. Are all the burners still working? Maybe you can just replace that top part... I would call the place you bought it from or the manufacturer of that oven.

I have heard of people replacing them, but I think it would be cheaper to get a new stove.

repaired, no. replaced, yes. You can't 'uncrack' the glass but I am sure you can get a replacement glass from the manufacturer
