That's really funny! Maybe you should try taking it back to the shop and saying you don't know how to use it, please can you have a full demonstration?

I use to work in an adult shop and believe it or not people use to try to return them. The funniest situation was when i woman brought one back saying it worked twice then stopped and asked me to take a look at it. She gave me such a look of disgust when i came back wearing huge marrigolds and picked it up wtih a cloth. But seriously would you touch it.
Unless its an unwanted gift never been taken out of the box then you can return them.

Usually the store will issue a statement whether they will except returns on personal items due to hygiene! Often earrings and perfume are also items you can not return.
