Well, you don't really say which kind of restaurant. I'm going to assume that you mean "the best restaurant" as in...the most luxurious and fancy. For this, I'd have to say the best restaurant I've been to is:

That place is AMAZING. You should check it out. My brother's engagment dinner was there a few months back. It truely was like...PERFECTION. =)

This Greek family owned restaurant, with authentic Greek food, great spinach & feta pizza & lovely atmosphere. It's located in Regina Saskatchewan and called The Copper Kettle.

When you get people giving you answers with chain restaurants, you have to only shake your head and blame the government schools, I suppose.
I will go with Rosebud in Chicago. Great Italian food. Go to the original on Taylor Street!

I love Joy Yee Noodle. This place was so good I ate there 3 times this weekend.
