I feel for you and understand your pain. My sister-in-law is also naturally bone skinny and always tries to eat as much as she can to gain...but can't. It's pure ignorance when people do things like that to you without knowing your personal history and situation. The best advice I can offer you is to just know that they're the one's with the real problem and not you. Enjoy whatever body the gods have given you and don't worry about these idiots, okay?

I wouldnt do anything, If you are tall and skinny that is just fine. Would you rather be short and fat? As long as you are healthy then u r fine.
You eat regular food? not just candy and snacks? you feel good and energized? If your eating ahabits are not all that good maybe take a daily vitamin. I would rather look at a tall skinny girl any day than an over weight girl.

My friend has the same problem. Ignore. Ignore, ignore ignore. I know this is easy for me to say and hard for you to do, but once you're fully grown you'll start gaining some weight. And whatever you do, DON'T eat junk food to fatten up! Don't do it! It builds terrible habits that you'll undoubtedly regret later in life when your eating actually starts to have consequences, and fattening isn't the only thing junk food does! MSG, excessive sodium and sugar... it's bad.

My cousin is the same way. She is really skinny and eats a whole lot. Just be confident and be happy that you don't have to watch what you eat like the other million woman.

if you're healthy and comfortable with yourself just blow off what others say. If you want to gain weight you can eat weight gaining type foods, such as carbs and fatty foods or use weight gainer protien shakes. I've bought some at GNC. But it is important to excersise while trying to gain weight or you'll gain it in the wrong places and look ,lets say unproportioned.

OMG!!! people think I am too. I'm like 5'9 and about 120 pounds, and people always call me twiggy, teeny, or skin and bones. it really makes me mad, because i eat that a freakin pig!! we just have a fast metabolism, and we ARE naturally thin, whether people think its possible or not. We are thin, so what? get over it!!

talk to a doctor if you eat a lot and don't like your appearance. we're all built with different metabolisms but we can change our weights through our habits. maybe you should work out and get some muscle? also, fat people should stop blaming all their dietary problems on their metabolism. it may make it harder for them to lose weight but ti's still their fat paw that's picking up the half-gallon of Hagen-daz!

Have your doctor check your BMI (Body Mass Index) to verify
that you aren't in any sort of metabolic trouble, and otherwise,
just get on with your life.

Unless your body fat dips below 7%, you have little to worry
about. Below that, you start to lose brain cells. With some,
that can be a problem ;)

there is nothing you can do about your weight. people are born with different bodies and metabolisms.
if this is not true is should not get you down.
if you know you eat and are healthy then why let some other peoples opinion of you matter
