The US Patriot Act, Terrorist Bill, and Warrantless Wiretaps/Arrests/Searches all step on the constitution of the United States, yet our Government Elected Officials, Military and Law Enforcement Officers have to swear to uphold and defend it. Does it make Sense?

No--but then again, their oath means next to nothing if they support things that violate the constitution.

And again, you have politicos on both sides that have committed crimes, are pedophiles, lie, cheat, steal, etc.

Maybe when you grow up some more you will unterstand. The very people who passed all these laws are the parents of the people who go into the military and government to make life safer for the citizens. They are the conservatives who ended WWI, WWII, Berlin Wall, and not the liberals who thought Hitler was okay and that we can talk terrorists out of killing innocent people.

The USA trusts its citizens with guns. And we know when our next national election will be, not like most countries where the next election is when the people in power say it will be.
