It is gorgeous! I have ordered mine for March 07. Look at the audi site for photos and technical spec. New 2.0 T FSI engine is fantastic and makes you think twice about buying the 3.2l quatro version.
Fortunately, it has moved away from the Beetle bubble shape, which in my eyes made it look like a girl's car! It has the distinct line along the side that makes it stand out, like the BMW Z4.
A bold move to incorporate their rivals design cues, in my eyes. Especially as people made fun at the Z4, 3, 5 and 7 series cars, but now realise they were a year or two ahead of design thinking.
Also, the automatic spoiler is a great gadget to attract the men back to the TT! It goes up at 74mph and retracts at 50mph. A great idea, probably pinched from Porsche with the 911.

Paris auto show has the mid engined V-8 AUDI R-9s and others log on europe really shows some weird designs

Just looked at one. The design has a slighly more Lexus sportscar look to it but it still looks gorgeous but no longer a pure "bubble shape".
