My favorite is Glamour, many people say Cosmo but it tends to be repetitive. Glamour has interesting stories. In all honesty, I like the columns/stories more than the beauty tips, but hey that's me.

Glamour.
It earned my respect after reading one issue with a feature on amazing women in the world. It didnt just include celebrities, but some like a woman in a Middle East countries with few rights who fought against a crime commited against her, and founded a school there.
