moisturize first, it'll give the makeup somehting to stick to. then apply concealer where needed. apply foundation with a wet sponge, it makes it easier to blend. follow up by using a fluffy brush to apply powder. for eyes, i prefer the new 2 step loreal volumizing mascara. gloss your lips and go.

As you can see in the photograph, I use my fingers to apply the white and Q-tips for the colors.
