Technically your wrong Ivy kissed her. The first person she kissed was Nightwing.

Uh... technically it was niether an accident nor an attempt to make her pass out.
Poison Ivy had coated her lips with Synthetic Kryptonite in order to use it to control Supergirl as she did Superman (in Superman/ Batman).
It was still a great moment in comic history.
