Tell him to get a job & buy his own computer.

If he doesn't listen, punch him in the face.

if each one of u have his own account on this pc simply if u r the adminstratator make his account type limited and make a password 4 ur account also don forget to keep the gust account closed.
if both of u have the same account simple create another account and repeat the previous steps with telling him that this new account is his own and let him make apassword to his account too , to make him fell ok.
if u don wanna do any of that simply u can make ur account limited or u can get a depfrez 4 ur pc bt remember that this bepfrez program will make u un able to make any thing in ur pc with out password or code.
and if u wanna my opinon u shd talk to him and tell him that all of these installs could make ur pc and ur work in danger.

Go to

Start
Control Panel
User Accounts
Change An Account
Select His Account
Change Account Type
Choose Limited
Click Change Acct Type

If you give access back to him as an Administrator, realize he could easily turn your account to Limited ;) Set a password on his account while you're in there.

Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>select Administrator>Change password. Make a strong password. Also select for it to protect your files and settings.

Here is how to make a Strong Password.

Go into the set up and put a password under program access as the initial worker. or admisitrator, that will stop anyone from downloading because they won't have the access code or password.

I SUGGEST YOU TRY INSTALLING A LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM. LINUX ENSURES SECURITY FOR ITS USERS. THE PROCEDURE FOLLOWED TO START A LINUX SESSION ENSURES THAT ONLY AUTHORIZED USERS ACCESS THE SYSTEM. LINUX ALLOWS AN ADDITIONAL MEASURE OF SECURITY BY ALLOWING YOU TO HAVE A PASSWORD ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR LOGIN NAME. THE COMBINATION OF THE TWO IS CHECKED BY LINUX TO SEE IF IT IS AN AUTHORIZED ENTRY. THE LINUX PROMPT APPEARS ONLY IF YOU HAVE ENTERED BOTH THE NAME AND PASSWORD CORRECTLY. MOREOVER THEY PASSWORD DOES NOT SHOW AS IT IS BEEN TYPED. ALSO, YOU CAN CHANGE THE PASSWORD REGULARLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN CARELESS WITH IT.
