I'm thinking this country would be a lot like Venezuela, Cuba or Iran, to name a few. Without lawyers ironically, there would also be a lot fewer Democrats. The ACLU would still find a way to further erode our society by stripping us of our basic freedoms to satisfy individuals who have no true loyalty, love or respect for this great nation in which they should be on their knees praying to God above for the privilege of existing in. Nor do they hold any regard for the most basic of human fundamental principles on which it was founded. We as individuals, as Americans, as human beings must agree to disagree. We are also allowed to be offended and offensive if we so choose. Running to the ACLU to trample on the beliefs of another because you are offended is not a solution, it is cowardly and childish.
