What exactly is considered illegal besides sex? Is "outercourse" illegal?

It all depends on which state you live in. There's only like 10-15 states that have AoC at 18.

If she is 15 then any type of sexual contact would be illegal if you are in a state that has the age of consent at 18.

The age of consent varies from state to state. As long as the minor is age 14 in Pennsylvania, she is able to consent to sexual penetration.

If the man is 10 years older than she, and she is under 18, then it constitutes statutory rape, in Pennsylvania.

However, all states vary, and deviant sexual acts (bondage, etc.) may not apply to those laws.

Besides, wouldn't you rather wait until you are old enough to ENJOY having sex?

i'm a woman n i'm shy til u get to renowned me. i will take a seat in school quiet n no longer consult with absolutely everyone n wen ppl consult with me i'm getting worried...... yet while ik u n have been buddies i'm so plenty greater outgoing .... well it depends what state your in, but chances are any sexual molestation, aka touching of sexual areas, is illegal.
