no, I know better than that, but here in NC they will put you on supervised probation for one year.

No. I figure they can provide for themselves since they think they know everything anyway. And usually they came up with the ways and the means to find some. Even if it was taking my beer out of the fridge in the garage......

no, smarter than that. it is a minor misdemeanor carrying either a slap on the wrist, community service, or small fine.
