We need more questions like this, because they provide an opportunity for readers to gain an insight into higher things.

Gradually people are beginning ton realise that they are not in danger from terrorism, but they are in danger from their own police state.

Anyone, anywhere, anytime, can be arrested on suspicion of terrorism. This is already defined as any dissident, which means anybody who doesn't agree one hundred percent with the Bush regime.

The law is now that if you vote against Bush, you can be arrested as a terrorist. That might sound a little alarmist, but that is exactly how much the law has been changed, with most people totally unaware of the fact. As you quite rightly imply, no warrant is required, no call to a lawyer can be made, and the person can be spirited away to another country and tortured - for voting!!

One wonders why there are reported to be 600 concentration camps in America already open, fully staffed, and awaiting inmates.

I don't believe so. Under the Patriot Act, any anybody can be held on "Enemy Combatant" status indefinitely.

Look at that one guy who was picked up for trying to build a dirty bomb, Joseph Padilla. The government held him for, what, two & a half years before they even charged him with anything. It's even worse if you're not a U.S. citizen (a la Gitmo.)

They used to have to charge you with something in 7 days, or you were to be let go. Now, who knows how long they can hold you. If they pick up someone for being a domestic terrorist, they should charge them right away, so we can be rid of the scum; instead our Justice system is being insulted by legislation that can (virtually) hold anybody, suspected of committing high crimes against this country, indefinitely.

i'm not a Beatles fan, and that i don't discover not something offensive approximately that music or them lines in any respect. He became into basically making a assertion approximately himself, or according to probability even somebody else, that hit their lady be it a woman pal or spouse, which sorry to declare did ensue extra generally back then than it does to day, I would desire to declare it surpassed off back then as much because it does to day, yet became into excepted as in, human beings did not communicate approximately it that lots. And all Lennon did became into convey it to the leading area, to enable human beings understand what is going on interior the international, and no person is doing something approximately it. yet he or the guy of their music is doing some thing approximately it, as he's stopped beating the lady and issues are starting to be extra valuable. i don't see not something incorrect with that for the time of any respect. i think of according to probability you're going overboard slightly with the music. So i assume you do unlike Hendrix taking pictures his previous lady and working off to Mexico. I wager she became into crushed many situations, earlier she became into shot. Or the Rolling Stones, making a music approximately how stupid lady, a placed down on all women, and that they've been ineffective. yet that's not the case. One continually has to undergo in recommendations interior the 50s it became into ok common that adult men beat their lady, lady pal/spouse, and it additionally became into genuine into the 60s, whilst human beings like the Beatles delivered it to the leading area. so as a music is going, it rather is a great music, for it rather is open to what became into occurring on the time, and that it is likewise time to alter issues and make it extra valuable. If i became into afflicted by potential of that music for that verse on my own, then i could be afflicted by potential of over have the songs in my sequence. i'm comfortable with that. reason all it rather is doing is telling me issues like that have been given to end, and we would desire to start to make issues extra valuable. wherein case he's doing. take care dave

If an American citizen is picked up as an unlawful enemy combatant, he would be subject to military justice unless the military (the fed) decided to transfer him to civilian courts.
