I have a carmel blond hair color , blue eyes , and a light but not pail skin tone. what color lipstick , eyeshadow , and mascara colors should I wear. I want to look gourgous!

Almay has eyeshadow sold by eye color.
I think light blues, whites, & gold would look wonderfull on someone with such features.
If you are going to use mascara, use brown.
Lipstick - pale brown colors. Or none at all. Just use a lipgloss (no glittery kind, it will make someone like you look too done up)

Follow this chart. Messy chart, but it works. And for your features, stick with black or brown mascara. That's all I can say about mascara.
As for lipstick, try and keep it relatively subtle. After all, the lips are only third most important in the aspect of facial beauty. I'm not good with lip colors; sorry.
I'll give you some good blush colors, too.
Eye shadow - Eye liner - Blush
Taupe or Light Coral - Dark Taupe, Black, or Charcoal Gray - Bronze
Light Mauve - Plum, Black, or Charcoal Gray - Rose
Light Rose or Light Pink - Plum, Black, or Charcoal Gray - Pink or Rose
Pale Gray or Baby Blue - Black, Charcoal Gray, Dark Taupe, or Navy - Pink *Favorite for blue eyes. It makes the girl's eyes seem even bluer than they really are.*
Light Beige - Dark Taupe, Charcoal Gray, Plum, Black, or Navy - Rose
Try to go for shades of blue that are lighter than the color of yours eyes. Don't make the blue darker than yours, or it'll make your eyes look like they're a strange green-ish color.

lipstick maybe light pinks or anything in the pink family.
onmascara it depends what ur natural color eyelashes are but usually deep brown is good. for eyeshadows maybe light blues or grays. cool colors usually look better on people w/ fair skin and blue eyes.

she in all likelihood has rather exceptionally eyes considering the fact that they are blue so paintings on bringing out the eyes. Get her darkish makeup that she will use to create a smoky eye phantasm. MAC has this rather great shade of eyeshadow referred to as comic strip. Its a dismal pink. yet surely any shade of black shadow from mac could be solid. Get one with slightly shimmer in it
