Do you think you are superior towards women? Men? Black people? Your children? Your grandmother? The mentally disabled? The physically disabled? The poor? A cow? Your dog? God?

And if you believe you are superior to another living thing, what do you feel your reasons for being superior are?

By superior I mean "higher in importance" as opposed to "higher in rank in the work force"

Sorry, I didn't mean to classify God as a living thing. Ignore that one.

My name is Mehoo, and there is no one in the world that is better than me! Have you ever seen Corrina? Good movie...

Well, I actually can think of some people with better control of their emotions than mine, and more compassion than I have, and it sometimes feels like they are superior to me. Oddly, enough, I don't think the inverse about those who might look at me this way.

Thank you, sir, for revealing to me my evident inferority complex. I had no idea I had one until now.

I'll just nip off and start cutting my wrists...jk

I do believe in a "higher power" and the importance to serve the "higher good". Most people need direction to know "how" to do that on many different levels. I'm here for that purpose.

AT times that does feel like superiority, since I am responsible for my actions and expect others to feel and serve in a more active role in their own lives.

Yet with that said, its not a selfish motive its being a positive leader and role model. I lead by example. In a healthy role, I am both an active teacher and student of life.

Blessed be the one who can express how life works from walking in several pairs of shoes.

I do believe that tolerance is a band-aide for acceptance. Acceptance is the stepping stone to understanding and integrating the vastly different beliefs and cultures of this beautiful world. Understanding and Integration is Enlightenment.

Great question. Bravo! Great to get folks thinking about their reality.

I am superior to my children and my cat. It is not that I am more important, but rather that I am more knowledgable. Once they are grown and start learning more on their own, they can possibly become superior than I. However the laws that be, great mothers can never be subordinate to their children as they will always posses wisdom that the child will seek in counsel. Thus, this is the way of mankind.

There is no superiority in this world. We're all in it together. From the lowly maggot, to the great blue whale, we all want to be happy.
