Is it necessary to force the forskin of my penis back because it does not retract. I do not know if this is the step I should take. I do not want pain, and right now I do not have any. But I am 14, with a uncircumcised penis at 4 1/2 in flacid and 6 in erect. HELP! Am I normal??

Yes, you are normal. Try pulling it back a few times each day until it is uncomfortable, not painful. Over a period of a few weeks, it should stretch enough to retract fully. You can also stretch it by inserting your little fingers and pulling outward, again until uncomfortable but NOT painful. Repeat this as many times a day as you can. The foreskin will stretch and become comfortable moving back.

If you still can't get it to move all the way after a few weeks, don't worry. If you can get an erection and ejaculate without pain, it's still not a problem. Most likely, once you start having sex regularly, the foreskin will stretch enough to move back on its own.

If you are having pain when you are erect, this is a medical condition that can be fixed by making a small cut in the side of the foreskin - a doctor can do this in his surgery. The cut will heal and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely.

DO NOT believe anyone that says you must have a circumcision - this is only recommended in the most extreme cases, and is rarely a medical necessity.

No, don't force it back if it causes discomfort or pain as that could make it worse. As long as you're not having pain then you'll be okay. It's normal for the foreskin to be unable to retract just yet, but by then time you're through with puberty it should be fully retractable.

If you're worried then you could try stretching exercises. Take 2 fingers and simply stretch the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks, certainly no longer than a month, the opening should be large enough so you can pull it all the way back.

If this doesn't work don't worry, you still have time. If you're still worried there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that doesn't work, and it almost always does, there are other options. Certainly you don't want nor need a circumcision, as that's a last resort if all other options fail.

You are normal. you need to retract the foreskin a little at a time but not completely at first. After doing this for a few weeks it will be stretched enough to retract completely. Whatever you do DO NOT believe anyone who says circumcision is necessary unless it is a doctor who has examined you and you have tried everything else first

As long as your penis function normally, why take a risk to cut it (the foreskin) and it may get hurt to your dic* head during the operation. I suggest you take some "exercise" - retract the foreskin every time when you go to pee, and make it erect to expand your foreskin, (remember do it inside the cubical) I am sure you can solve your problem within two months.

Well, to put a condom on properly in the future, your foreskin will have to retract. Everything sounds normal except for the fact that it doesn't retract. Maybe you should just ask your doctor next time you see one. I hope it all goes well.
